Orange Crumble Cupcake

There are times when you think that you are in a deep sleep but you are actually half awake. It happens to all of us every now and then I guess! It’s the time when your eyes are shut but your brain is still working/ thinking about different matters of your life.

Last night was a very long night, I couldn’t sleep until really late, I woke up feeling as if I ran 10 miles. Besides being exhausted, I could not focus, but I knew how to fix that.

A cup of coffee wakes me up and relaxes me at the same time, but today it didn’t seem to work! All I wanted to do is go back to bed.

Then I grabbed a cupcake and somehow that took care of my mood, could be the sugar, or maybe the taste and the smell of orange.

Well, I’m wide awake now, and don’t mind another cupcake 🙂 … I’m sharing with you today a cupcake that not only go so well with your coffee, but makes you feel good, at least that what it did to me.

  3. I hate when I can’t sleep well. It makes the whole day so difficult. But a cupcake like this would definitely help! The orange flavor sounds so good!

  4. These would definitely make me happy, they look fabulous. And you make them look so easy!

  5. We all have those nights, I do too often! It might be carbs and orange together that make us happy and for a moment everything goes back to normal. Looks amazing, Muna! Yummy pictures and that would go so well with my morning coffee.

  6. Orange cupcake with a cup of cold milk? yes please! 😀

  7. Ugh, I hate that kind of sleep! I always wake up feeling like my food didn’t digest after a really short nap! I spend the day feeling bloated, tired and basically very angry…
Then there is the opposite: falling asleep with your eyes open in the middle of the day (it’s a thing!) and then you shake yourself awake a bit and realize that you would do anything for your bed and some pj’s right now.

I read a really inspirational post the other day on another blog about the importance of sleep! Really woke me up…These crumble cupcakes look delicious however! Yummy 🙂

Sleeping is really important and if you don’t get enough of it, everything and anything turns annoying!
