It’s a Honey Mustard Recipe that will make your chicken nuggets and chicken tenders taste out of this world. Four ingredients are all you need to make this super yummy dip or salad dressing! After trying this honey mustard recipe, I can’t but have it at least three times a week!
The honey mustard combination was a little weird to me. It’s like two different worlds. However, I tasted it one time and got addicted. The flavors in this recipe is unique. You have the sweetness from the honey, the sour, spicy taste comes from the mustard, and the mayo gives a creamy texture and a balance to all the ingredients in this honey mustard dressing.
How To Make Honey Mustard
Making honey mustard sauce or dressing, hardly takes 3 minutes, including the time you take putting the ingredients together. A bowl is needed, a fork or a small whisk will do. Mustard, honey, mayo, and black pepper is what you are going to mix in the bowl. When you’re done mixing the honey mustard dressing will be ready to be served, but I like to chill mine for 10 minutes before using.
Honey Mustard Dressing
I have included a salad in this post; it consists of carrot, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce. Of course, you can have this dressing on any salad you wish, but I like the combination of the creamy mustard honey dressing and the crunch from the vegetables, actually I wouldn’t mind having salad all day if honey mustard is the dressing.
It is easy to make this honey mustard recipe your own by changing it however you like. You can add more mayo or more mustard, but first, make it as per the recipe below and then make the changes.
Let’s make some!

I know what you mean about honey mustard, Muna. I never really liked it as a kid, but I've come around a bit as I've gotten older. Homemade dressings are so easy and so tasty! In fact, I just put lettuce on the shopping list so I can make this for lunch next week. Yum!
