Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole strawberries you can use frozen
  • 1 medium banana I used frozen
  • ¾ cup chilled coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into two glasses filled with ice.

Notes

  • You can use low-fat coconut milk to reduce the calories.
  • Do not use coconut milk juice.

  1. Yum! Love that you added the raw sugar around the rim of the glass. I’ve added soy milk but not coconut milk before so I’m going to give this a try.

    1. I have tried to like soy milk but maybe I should try different brands! But the coconut milk is perfect for smoothies.
