FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Of course! To use frozen strawberries, thaw them first, and then follow the steps in the recipe. However, in the case of frozen strawberries, you might need to add more sugar to the lemonade.
Yes, you can reduce the amount of sugar in strawberry lemonade. This recipe calls for 3/4 cup of sugar, but if you want to cut back on your sugar intake, you can reduce it to 1/2 cup or even 1/4 cup.
TIPS FOR MAKING STRAWBERRY LEMONADE
Use fresh ingredients: While you can use frozen strawberries, fresh ones are much better. Pick up a batch of ripe ones for the best flavor.
Chill thoroughly: Strawberry lemonade is best when it’s thoroughly chilled. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours or serve it in a glass with ice for the best results.
Strain completely: Make sure you completely strain your mashed strawberries before adding them to the mixture. You don’t want any chunks or seeds in the finished drink.
VARIATIONS FOR STRAWBERRY LEMONADE
