Cantaloupe Smoothie a natural energy booster. This smoothie is not only delicious but your body will love it and will thank you for drinking it.

Making Cantaloupe Smoothie.
If you are allergic to milk use almond milk or water. Try to use fresh cantaloupe although the frozen ones are also fine. It’s best to have this smoothie in the morning so you can feel energetic and refreshed all day long.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup diced cantaloupe
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ¼ cup milk
Instructions
- In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
