Fudge Brownies – There is something comforting about chocolate! We crave it most of the time but the craving is intense when we are upset and looking for something to soothe us, in that case, Brownies work like a healing potion.

I keep on experimenting with brownie’s recipes as you can tell from my blog. Here you will find egg free brownies, cake-like brownies and even brownies that are low in calories. This should tell you how much I love homemade brownies and all its varieties.
Homemade Fudge Brownies
Making brownies from scratch makes you more creative in making different versions of it. Mixing and matching the ingredients is fun and sometimes the outcome is surprisingly delicious.
You might discover that you like chewy brownies more than the fudge brownies, or maybe you prefer cake-like brownies, but to find that out you need to taste test (my favorite part!). Therefore, I always encourage my readers to make brownies from scratch.
Today’s Brownie recipe is an amazing recipe for many reasons. It’s homemade, it’s fudgy, and has a beautiful crackly top and it is a forgiving recipe too. If you over baked it, you’ll end up with a fudgy chocolate cake which is a win in my book.
Add your favorites nuts, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or even crushed cookies. This fudge brownies recipe accommodates extras like a charm.
Fail-Proof Brownie Recipe
I have baked these fudge brownies for 30 minutes on the middle rack of my oven, I like the texture to be between cake and fudge and this texture is excellent if you want to add a scoop of ice cream on top with some chocolate sauce.
If you want a chewier fudgy texture then aim for 26 minutes and you’ll love it.
Use good quality chocolate chips. The chocolate chips are the base of this brownie recipe and if the quality is low, your brownies won’t taste as fudgy or chocolaty.
Making fudge brownies is easy, it is a one bowl brownies recipe. You won’t need a stand mixer or a hand mixer to make these brownies, all you need is a whisk or a wooden spoon and the love for chocolate!
To make this recipe a hit, line your baking pan with parchment paper. Make sure that the oven is preheated, and the most important part is to refrigerate the brownies AFTER it comes to room temperature for at least 45 minutes before slicing it.
