Notes & Tips for Perfect Potato Wedges

    • Choose the Right Potatoes: Russet potatoes are ideal because they crisp up beautifully in the air fryer. Avoid waxy varieties.
    • Don’t Skip Drying: Removing excess moisture from the wedges helps achieve a crispy texture.
    • Single Layer is Key: Overcrowding the air fryer basket will prevent even cooking. Cook in batches if necessary.
    • Adjust for Oven: To bake these wedges in the oven, preheat to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    • Customize the Spices: Experiment with Cajun seasoning, Italian herbs, or chili powder for different flavor profiles.
