Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • cup oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F. Grease and dust the bundt pan Bundt pan (4"x8") and keep aside.
  • In a large bowl, sift all the dry ingredients. Whisk or mix the ingredients until well combined.
