A recipe for a creamy and delicious drink. Your favorite type of milk mixed with warm earthy spices. Anti-inflammatory and healthy drink that can be consumed hot or cold.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil optional
- In a pan, add all the ingredients and cook over medium heat.
- When the milk comes to a boil, turn off the heat.
- Cover the milk and leave it for 3 minutes, this will allow the flavors of the spices to blend well with the milk and enhance the flavor.
- Strain the milk into a cup using a fine strainer.
- Enjoy this drink warm, or you can leave it to cool and serve it in a glass full of Ice.
You can add vanilla instead of coconut oil.
