- Simple and affordable 6 ingredients.
- The taste and texture are out of this world!
INGREDIENTS FOR PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Butter - Making great-tasting cookies requires good-quality butter. I have used unsalted.
Peanut butter - I went for the smooth textured peanut butter; it works best in this recipe.
Confectioner's sugar - To make melt-in-your-mouth cookies, confectioner's sugar or powdered sugar is best.
Vanilla - I think vanilla flavor goes well with peanut butter, but you can omit it.
All-purpose flour - I always use all-purpose flour in my baking, be it cookies, bread, or cakes, but you can use cake flour for a softer texture.
Salt - Yes, adding salt to your baked goods enhances the flavor, so do not skip it.
Jam - I have used strawberry jam. You can go for what you prefer, and you can also skip it.
