The story behind shepherd’s pie says it was made out of leftover food. How creative. Over the time with different variations to this recipe we now have a scrumptious dish, enjoyed by many, in fact it is a smart way to have vegetables under the creamy texture of potatoes, particularly for kids.

The thin crisp top, followed by smooth and creamy potato, and finally a juicy, minced meat with light spices and vegetables. Now that what makes a mouth-watering Shepherd’s Pie.
