Coconut Macaroons Recipe with Almond Slices
Make the easiest and most satisfying dessert, coconut macaroons. Hardly takes few minutes to prepare, baked to perfection.

Ingredients
2
tablespoon
almond slices
2
large egg whites
2
tablespoon
sugar
½
teaspoon
vanilla
2
cup
shredded coconut
1
tablespoon
all-purpose flour
3
tablespoon
milk
Instructions
In a bowl, add the egg white, vanilla, and sugar. Beat for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of ingredients and mix until combined.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325F/ 162C.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, form equal size balls and place them on the parchment paper leaving a two-inch gap between each ball.
Bake the macaroons for 16 - 20 minutes or until golden in color.
Remove from oven and let the macaroons cool to room temperature while in the pan.
Serve and enjoy!
