Ingredients
1 ¼cupmango slicesI used frozen. Make sure it tastes sweet.
¾cupplain yogurt
⅓cupmilk
2 ½tablespoonsugar
⅛teaspooncardamom powder
4threads of saffronoptional
Instructions
Soak the saffron threads in the milk for few minutes or until the color of the milk changes to light yellow. If you are not using saffron, skip this step and follow the step below.
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and enjoy.
Notes
Please make sure that the mango you are using is ripe and is sweet.
