I have used thin whole wheat bread in this recipe, but you can use any type of bread you like, and if you choose to use thick slices, rest assure that you’ll have a very fluffy and yummy Granola French Toast.

Ingredients
1leveled tablespoon all-purpose flour
2eggs
¼cupmilk
3slicesof whole wheat breadyou can use white of course
½teaspoonvanilla
1teaspoonsugar
¼teaspooncinnamon powder
Pinchof nutmeg
Pinchof salt
1 ½cupgranolaany flavor you like
Butter or oil to fry the French toast
Instructions
Add the granola to a plate and keep aside.
In a bowl, beat one egg then add the flour and beat until combined. Add the rest of ingredients (Except the bread) and beat/whisk well.
Soak the bread in the previous mixture, then transfer the soaked bread to the granola plate and cover both sides with granola.
Heat a frying pan add butter or oil, and cook the French toast on medium low heat until golden brown.
