Ingredients
1 ½cupall-purpose flour
2tablespoonmelted unsalted butter
1tablespoon+ 1 teaspoon cornstarch
½cupwarm milk
2teaspoonsugar
1teaspoonyeast
Little less than ½ teaspoon salt
TO BRUSH THE ROLLS AFTER BAKING
1tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar, keep aside for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, add the yeast mixture and rest of the ingredients. Mix with wooden spoon until combined.
Cover the dough and leave in warm place to double in size, around 1 and half hour.
Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Line 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
Knead the dough gently for few seconds, then form six equal size balls and place in the baking pan. Cover the dough and let it rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake for 16 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Enjoy while still warm.
