Ingredients
2white fish fillets
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoongarlic powder
Salt to taste
½teaspoonblack pepper powder
½teaspoonItalian seasoning
TO COAT THE FISH:
½cupall-purpose flour
TO FRY:
2tablespoonbutter + 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Mix the spices together and rub both sides of the fish.
Coat both sides of the fish with flour and keep aside.
In a frying pan, add the butter, olive oil and when hot add the fish and fry for three minutes, flip and fry until fish is cooked.
