Notes
- Under how to make a virgin mojito, learn how to garnish the mojito glass.- Do not use old mint leaves; you won’t get much flavor.- You can use raw or brown sugar instead, but the color of the mojito will change.- Add slices of fruit in the pitcher to make it look awesome for your guests.- Remember that mojito gets diluted after it is poured over the ice, so if you have used less sugar you won’t taste much of it in the mojito after pouring it over the ice.
