Ingredients

large eggs
raw
3
tablespoon
mayonnaise
½
teaspoon
yellow mustard
1
teaspoon
sweet relish
Pinch
of black pepper
Pinch
of paprika
Instructions
In a saucepan, add the raw eggs and add enough water to cover the eggs.
Cook the eggs on medium high heat for 8 minutes.
Turn off the heat but keep the eggs in the saucepan for 8 minutes.
Peel the eggs and cut it in halves.
Add the yolks to a mixing bowl. Keep the egg whites a side to fill later.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well using a fork or a spoon.
Fill the egg white with the mixture and garnish with slices of black olive and sprinkle paprika.
