Berry Iced Tea Recipe
A refreshing Summer drink, which you can turn into popsicles for your kids o enjoy too. This drink is good for your body and skin.

- 1 cup strawberries cut in quarters
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoon sugar to add on the berries when cooking
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- ½ cup sugar
Add the fruits to a saucepan. Add two tablespoon sugar and cook on medium heat.
Stir the fruit until it comes to a boil.
Use a potato masher and mash the fruits while in the saucepan.
Let the whole mixture boil for one minute on medium heat.
Strain the mixture through a sieve strainer. Discard the seeds and the skin of the berries and keep the juice.
Pour the berry juice in a pitcher, add four cups of cold water and half a cup of sugar. Mix well.
Add the lemon juice and mix well. When the berry tea is cool, place in the fridge.
When serving the berry iced tea, make sure to fill your glass with ice cubes. Enjoy!
