Chicken Paprikash


- Chicken  - Olive oil - Unsalted butter - Large onion  - Salt to taste - Black pepper - Paprika - Chicken stock  - Sour cream - All-purpose flour

Fry the chicken in olive oil and butter until golden on both sides.

Remove the chicken after searing both sides.

Fry the onion until translucent.

Add the spices to the onion and stir while the heat is turned off for one minute.

Return the chicken to the pan and add the chicken stock. Cover and cook for 45 minutes.

Mix the sour cream with flour.

Add the sour cream to the chicken and mix well.
