Sift the dry ingredients

Mix the sour cream with milk and the food coloring, keep aside. In a different bowl, beat the oil with butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat until combined.

Add the flour to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into two pans. Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
