Guys! How does Tender Steak with Mushroom and sunny side up egg sound like for breakfast? In many previous posts, I have mentioned how I take breakfast seriously, so today I’m sharing with you a breakfast I go for when I know that my day is going to be busy and I might not have time to have lunch.

I like to plan my week, this helps me stay focused and keep me sane. I knew that today I won’t have much time to cook lunch and hubby will be home late. I had so many pending posts to work on, I needed the time and energy.

The Right Rub For My Tender Steak.

The tender steak with mushroom was delicious thanks to RUBBIN’ RIGHT Honey Bourbon Rub. The rub had meat tenderizer which made my steak juicy and almost melt in my mouth. The rub didn’t take away the flavor of the steak but have enhanced it.

Easy and Quick Breakfast.

I used their All-Purpose BBQ Rub to season the mushrooms. You don’t have to add salt, everything is mixed for you in a balanced manner. All I had to do was add some olive oil and let the steak sit for few minutes. Got my grill sizzling hot and cooked the steak for one and half minute on each side since the cut was thin.

This breakfast didn’t take much time to prepare and was amazingly satisfying. You can use this rub on chicken and even on fish like Basa. If you are having potato wedges, throw some with that spice mix and create a mouthwatering treat.

A little from the rub goes a long way and if you are interested in trying some, visit their website and have a look at other rub mix available.

Let’s make some yummy breakfast!

Everything looks so delicious. However, I would have to change up the mushrooms for another vegetable, only because of my own preference but I do have to admit, they look really good.

I don't think about doing this sort of rub on steak because honestly I'm a little afraid of it. Not sure why. I have done plenty of marinades before. And I know professional BBQ people do rubs. I really should try this out.

Well the mushrooms and potaotes look good! Not sure if I would have combined egg and steak (even before I was vegan) We had a similar breakfast today, but instead of steak and eggs, we had tomato, beans and toast.

That is a power breakfast! Pair it with a hot of capuccino or a fruit shake and I am ready to seize the day! I would love to try that rub, seemed like it adds a lot of flavour to the meat.
