Spiced Iced Coffee

spiced iced coffee on a table

I feel blessed and excited, I never thought that the change in weather will make me so happy! At last, the cold days are fading. It was so cold here in New York although usually in spring the weather is cool and pleasant. I am celebrating with my Spiced Iced Coffee.

I made this Spiced Iced Coffee today and decided to enjoy every sip while sitting next to an open window in my living room. I sincerely feel free after a long time of being trapped behind closed doors and windows.

Making Spiced Iced Coffee.

Back to my Spiced Iced Coffee. Different spices were used but carefully measured to give this iced coffee great flavor and balanced warmth.

Yes, this is an iced coffee recipe, but I am sure you will like this coffee while hot too. I have used evaporated milk to make this iced coffee rich but lower in calories. Adding cream will make this iced coffee tastes heavenly, but I managed to maintain the richness while using evaporated milk.

One last but important thing, don’t forget that this is coffee, try to be moderate when drinking it, this recipe makes one big glass of iced coffee, I also suggest to reduce the number of ice cubes instead of filling your glass, this will prevent the spiced Iced Coffee from diluting and losing the flavor.
