Mocha Hot Chocolate For Two

Winter is here, and my body is not yet used to it. Back home (in the Middle East) winter can be cold but not like how it is in The States. I learned that the secret to staying warm, is to put on layers of clothes, one thick coat won't do it. But there is a good side to winter. I love watching the snow falls, I like to watch this beautiful scene while sipping on some spiced Mocha Hot Chocolate.

Mocha Hot Chocolate keeps me warm for long time, and I get to enjoy a little caffeine from the coffee.

Nutmeg adds some heat to the flavor, and if you like to omit nutmeg, you can use cinnamon and you’ll enjoy this drink just the same.

I don’t have a frothing machine, I poured quarter cup of milk in my NutriBullet, let it spin like crazy until the milk doubled in volume, and that did the trick!

I totally agree! I love sitting and watching the snow come down...and a cup of hot chocolate is the best way to watch the snow. This looks delicious! We haven't had much snow yet this year (crazy...but I'm not complaining), but it's certainly cold enough for some good hot chocolate. Yum!

Thanks David! It's getting colder by the minute here, and with the snowstorm, it might get crazy. Some hot chocolate is needed 🙂

We're expecting a bunch of snow, this looks like the perfect warm up drink after playing in the snow. Actually I'm hopefully wishing it will come true, most of the time when they forecast it here, it never happens. I think I might need this delicious drink to soothe my disappointment if we don't get the promised snow. That makes it a win-win!

A snowstorm will hit us tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to that, but will be making a lot of hot chocolate for sure!

Just love a hot mocha. I never thought to use the nutrients bullet to froth the milk. Genius.
