Breakfast time and it’s Granola French Toast!

I have posted many breakfast ideas on my blog, and I like to come up with something different every now and then. At times I fail (I’m only human), but sometimes I hit the Jackpot!

Few posts back I have shared three recipes that included granola, like Granola Biscuits, Afternoon Tea Cake, and Delicious Granola and Yogurt Parfait.

Then I thought, why not add some to my French toast!

I have used Golden Girl Granola in this recipe only because it tastes wonderful and homemade, also they have different flavors to choose from. However, you can use any granola you like.

Granola French Toast

I have used thin whole wheat bread in this recipe, but you can use any type of bread you like, and if you choose to use thick slices, rest assure that you’ll have a very fluffy and yummy Granola French Toast.
