It’s dinner time and my family wants Chinese. Chinese and Japanese food cook in no time, this means I can spend as much time as I want on my blog and or watching videos on Youtube. Yes, I spend a lot of time on Youtube 😉
Please keep in mind that although the Beef Stir Fry is low in calories, consuming a lot of noodles may ruin it for you. One cup of egg noodle is around 220 calories, and to be honest if you decided to go for egg noodles, half a cup will be more than enough since the amount of vegetables and beef in this recipe will fill you up.
Be smart in your choices and enjoy good food. Moderation is the key!
