If you are new to blogging or pinning, then this course will guide you through the basics and will help you increase your visibility on Pinterest.
Expose Your Pin – The Mini Course, was created by someone who struggled to increase blog traffic, someone who turned every rock to find a solution for the infinite growth, a person who failed few times, learned from her mistakes and converted failure into success, a woman who sought education and implemented her knowledge, and is now excited to help others taste the joy of accomplishment. That person is me!
My Relationship with Pinterest
I have been blogging for years as a hobby. I didn’t care about the page views or my blog ranking, I was happy posting recipe after recipe even though I was inexperienced, at first, in taking pictures. To me, it wasn’t a big deal.
In 2015, I met few people who have turned their blogs into their source of income. When I learned about the strategy they used and how it changed their lives, I thought, “Hey, wait a second! I can do that!”
2015 was a struggle—and I mean the whole year. I read about SEO, traffic generation, marketing, you name it. I found out that no matter how much I browse the Internet, I won’t find the information I’m looking for in one place, and that wasted a lot of my time initially. I had to invest in myself and my blog to get proper knowledge and I’m so glad I did!
In 2016 I implemented some of what I learned in the previous year. Understanding Pinterest changed the way I looked at marketing and promotion. It is the key to helping us all grow our audience. If you paid attention to Pinterest and how it works, it can become the only platform you want to spend your effort on. It took me time to know the “ins and outs” of Pinterest but when we clicked, we became best friends and I watched my traffic increase in a remarkable way. There was a significant increase in my income and my blog exposure. I still witness a rapid and astonishing outcome from my hard work.
Who can benefit from this course?
This mini-course is for all pinners. You will not find average tips and tricks in here, it’s about teaching you what Pinterest is and how you should use it to your advantage.
Expose your Pin – The mini course is so easy to understand and implement. When you finish reading this mini course you will recognize what Pinterest wants from you and how it can be your best friend forever.
I am 100% sure that you will see results from the first two weeks of applying the simple steps I share in this course. After following all the steps mentioned, you’ll only spend 15 minutes a day on boosting your traffic from Pinterest!
The goal should be to increase traffic and leads to your blog and not to grow your followers. I had 5000+ visits from Pinterest when I started taking it seriously and at that time I only had few hundred followers! It is good to have REAL followers but you can make it on Pinterest without those huge numbers too.
I know that people are stuck on numbers but let me ask you this: would you be happy if you had a huge number of followers but not even quarter of them visit your blog or buy your product? Or would you be happy if you had few followers but your pins are so visible that everyone is clicking through, landing on your blog and buying your product or services?
When you search for a recipe, a book, or a DIY on Pinterest and find what you are searching for, do you always re-pin and follow the person who pinned that image? or click through and visit the website to get more information about it?
Most people use Pinterest because it’s a search engine that reveals images as search results. If the image is appealing, it gets a click, otherwise, it gets ignored. It is as simple as that.
