I’m not going to rant about Summer in this post, I did that many times in many posts already, but instead I’m going to share with you something I enjoy having mostly in summer, it’s cold and refreshes my soul. Strawberry Lemonade.
Serves 3. 122 calories per serving.
6 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 cup cold water
– In a bowl, add the lemon juice, sugar, and strawberries. Mash the strawberries with a fork or a masher.
- Add the honey and water stir well. Strain the mixture using a strainer.
- Pour the juice in a jug, cover and refrigerate.
* You can add mint leaves if you wish.
